Changing over all OS. I have been cloning all system work stations to exterior usb drives in order to have access to existing data if needed. All went well with each computer having 1 internal drive. Number 4 computer has 2 internal drives and TI cloning will only identify 2nd internal hd as a destination. Need to clone to external usb. Any ideas??

Are you using the same external drive for all systems? What version and build of TI?
Is this an XP or 2K or Vista system?

all external drives are Fantom 160 USB. This is presently a XP system. This as currently a TI 9.1 trial but I have paid for all licensing and not yet registered. This is only prep work before using TI as continuing backup. Intend to snap-deploy all stations with OS and applications.

    Hello strattx,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Could you please create Acronis Report as it is described in Acronis Help Post on the computer having the issue? In addition, make a screen shot of Windows Disk Management by following Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management. Please keep your external USB hard drive connected while creating Acronis Report.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
