Hi. I'm trying to clone a 320 GB WD Netcenter drive so I can restore the image on another drive. The drive is 3 years old and I want to move up to a 500 GB drive for more storage. I tried with Linux Live CD's but they always had problems with the drive. I have it out of the case and connected via USB. I tried Acronis 10 and it can't see the drive. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello Santo99x,

Thank you for your interesting in Acronis True Image

First of all make sure that you are using the latest build (4942) of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/

If hard drives can’t be seen under Acronis bootable using the latest build than download free trial version of Acronis True image Home 2009 http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/download/trueimage/

Create Acronis bootable disc using Acronis True image Home 2009 and see if the issue persists. You can upgrade Acronis True Image 10.0 Home to Acronis True image Home 2009 for $29.99.

    Best regards,
