Clients not showing

    Hi Guys,

    Sorry, a forewarning.. I am an utter newby to ESET NOD32 AV!

    I have installed the client through the "Remote Install" tab and "Push Installation" button on 2 laptops, yet 2 days later, numerous reboots later.. they don't show on the clients tab still!

    I have gone on the advanced options on one of them and it *appears* to look ok to me? Am I missing a step or something?

    Is EAV on the clients actually configured to connect to ERAS? Is there a firewall running on the clients or the server with ERAS installed?
