I'm currently evaluating NOD32 and I'm just noticing something funky. For a couple of my clients (one a server and one a workstation), the "Last Connected" field is much larger than the other two and the virus definitions it reports are a couple of updates old. Both of the clients have the latest definition file when I check them and both have different policies.

Why the discrepancy? I have the client update interval at 5 minutes for both machines.

No one else has had this problem? Why doesn't my client status update in the ERAC? My clients have the latest updates installed, but in the ERAC their status is red and the status hasn't changed.

What's causing the communication problem between my clients and the ERAC? BTW, the ERAS is running Windows 2008 SP2 and the clients with the problems are Vista Business 32-bit and Windows Server 2003.

    Hello Arsynic,

Can you check the Remote Administration settings on the clients that are not checking in? Make sure the settings are correct and that you can ping the server from those machines. Have you made any changes to the network or the clients since the last check in date?
