CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner Is it any good?

I was browsing the net today and i came accross this program, looking at what it offers it sounds really good but obviously as its retail i dont want to spend my hard earned cash on something not worth it so does anyone have any experience with this product and how good it is.

Such as does it give false positives (i.e i mean is it known to deleate important registry entries and mess up computers)
