clean windows + outlook + connector + hotmail

    In outlook i got an error message:

    Task 'xxx@hotmail.cz' reported error (0x8004102A) : 'Error with Send/Receive. There was an error synchronizing your folder hierarchy. Error : 800cce05.'
    Task 'xxx@hotmail.cz' reported error (0x800CCE05) : 'Synchronization error.'


    from sync log report:
    There was an error synchronizing your folder hierarchy. Error : 80041004.

    in hotmail: no extra folders, only 56 emails in inbox, no contacts , empty calendar


    This error is only with Smart security v5
    with Smart security 4 no error

    Try disabling ESET Outlook Add-in.
