Clean uninstall

    Unable to do a clean uninstall of Home 10. Acronis folder cannot be deleted in program files. "Cannot delete timounter.dll. Access is denied." Anyone know how I can remove this? :(

    You could try stopping timounter by using Windows task manager and try the delete again.

    When ever I want to remove TI, usually before installing a new build, I stop the Acronis/Ti services in the Windows task manager. I then uninstall using Windows add/remove programs.
    This still leaves me with my settings, archives and schedules which is exactly what I need.
