clean log? not sure, dont think so...

    (running WinME)

sometime last week the Second Thought bug installed itself on my computer and replaced windows media player with a link to the second thought site. since then, i've run the latest versions of adaware, spybot, and CWShredder, which turned up a few other things i didn't know about; unfortunately, none of those hit second thought. i finally just deleted the whole program, except for the file mplayer2.exe. every time i delete it it just comes back... dr. delete doesn't get it... even booting in safe mode with system restore disabled doesn't let me delete it. so my main question is: is this some particularly persistent adware/spyware, or just one of those stupid microsoft things? also, i'm unsure whether my computer is totally clean of other things, as i have no experience with interpreting hijackthis logs, but some of it looks suspicious. my latest log is below, if anyone could give it a look it would be much appreciated.
