i would say: as expected. for me - i own two relative equal machines, one powered with win10, one with win11. win11 behaves faster for me, runs smoother - both tweaked similar, apps removed if possible, services untouched (makes no sense). but, i had Win10 LTSC 2109 until this year, and in comparison to win10 Pro it was slower although it's reduced by default. its simply an older code.
