I called citi to check on my account. It was able to match my phone number to my account number and I was able to access my info automatically without a password. Caller ID's could be spoofed, should I be worried? Not that I have any money... but good to know.

Personally, I would pose this question to Citi. A password of some sort should be required.

Password should be a must, for sure. I don't often do bank transactions by phone, since I prefer my bank's web service where I can see what I'm inputting. But if I do use the phone, as when my computer's down, that requires entering my full bank card no. (something like 16 digits) plus my "phone code", 3 or 4 digits analogous to (but preferably not resembling) the PIN.
