Chrome will let you know which extension(s) modifies a page

    There's also the "Enable extension activity UI" flag in chrome://flags to see what an extension is doing on a page

    That's a nice feature, but in the end it's best to use as few extensions as possible.

    I agree. No need to bloat your browser with tons of extensions.
