Chrome browser (v23) issues a warning on Windows Live Hotmail page regarding the connection.
If a user clicks on the yellow-colored triangle in the address bar,

a warning message is displayed that says the "page includes other resources which are not secure" that "can be viewed by others while in transit, and can be modified by an attacker to change the look of the page".

    I sent feedback.
    Any thoughts on this?

I haven't accessed my Hotmail account in a while, and still haven't, but if you check the source page of that URL, do you see any HTTP content? That should be the reason why Chrome is alerting. HTTP content is what is insecure.

    Yes, lots of http content.
    But guess what?
The yellow triangle icon is now gone and it's back to the green secure padlock icon... Hotmail page warning III.jpg
So it got better. Worth watching.

It keeps toggling back and forth. For awhile it's yellow, then it's green.
