I used the URL http://chrome.angrybirds.com to play Angry Birds on Chrome and Safari on a 2011 MacBook Pro. Both of them had flash blocked. When using Chrome it shot up the processor cycles and made the fan run like crazy. In case of Safari, the processor use remained normal and the machine was silent. What gives?

Low CPU usage in IE9 too (using flash). Probably a hardware acceleration issue in Chrome. They've not finished with accelerating certain things yet.
