Which of the 3 version is more secure.
The security bugs discovered are fixed first in the dev version than in the stable one?

Taking into account that the dev version is not very used could be more safe because is not a target?

    Any other thoughts?

I don't think security is as much of an issue between the versions as upcoming features or stability. Any security fixes are more than likely going to hit the stable release a.s.a.p, so really it boils down usually to whether the "bleeding edge" dev versions will cause you problems or new beta features/settings will.

Stable is likely the most secure.
