    Hi

i have chrome , i tried Chromium but i can't delete the history

i want to do it with ccleaner

inside the profile there are files without extension

    ccleaner doesn't delete them

it's boring to go in the preferences , under the hood -> clear browshing data

    does ccleaner work with you?

    thanks
    cheers

    Hi mantra

You might get more joy over on the Piriform forum - seems your problem is being 'looked into', see post #10 here.

I suppose what you could do is install Chrome in a virtualization software (or SBIE if it works), run Ccleaner, see what files it detects from the installed version of Chrome and then "tell" Ccleaner to delete those files from the portable version that you have in your real system. But why is so difficult for you to do this from Chrome's menu?
