Can I have chrome and chromium installed on Ubuntu LTS 10.04 at the same time?
Yes. You can.
google chrome is bases on chromium its google patent while chromium is open source
its kinda same as redhat and fedora
Ubuntu's got the latest stable (v15) available.
I would use the one from official repository, Chromium, unless you specifically need the other.
I am using both without any problems.I love the way that Chrome has its own flash player.
It's nice. Unfortunately I don't think Chrome uses any sandbox on Linux.
I prefer Chrome over Chromium.
Incorrect according to this table. And it says that even Chromium has it enabled under Ubuntu and Gentoo.
That's a nice table. I remember having read it before and its contents made me prefer Chrome over Chromium.

Yes, that contradicts what the table says regarding the sandbox. However, there is no hint when this site was last updated. The table (updated in March 2011), on the other hand, is very specific in saying:
