   Dell offers up two choices for my XPS8700 (home usage):
   
   Intel Series 8 chipset
   
   and or
   
   Intel AMT HECI chipset
   
   Which should I use, both have the same date. Does it matter?
   
   Do they install 'Intel Rapid Storage'?

   Read what they do. If your system is working fine and they don't address a problem you are having, I would not worry about them.
