I agree with Scheiner, this isn't a war....Yet. But we are heading in a very dark direction, the build up of a cyber arms race will hurt everyone's security.

Why would they? They basically don't care.

 

It's probably not that they don't care - since they have loaned the U.S. so much money - but, that they care in a different way, and they intend to get every penny of their investment in the U.S. back, and then some!
