    @trjam

    Can you please change the thread title to "Latest VB RAP test" or something so people will understand what the thread is about?

    I see Many more vendors above the 90% mark, plus many "new" product names once again.

    I am happy that Avast, Avira, and ESET of course did well.
    And Sunbelt did a big jump upwards this time from around 75% to above 90% wich is great but not very surprising for me. And so did Symantec.

    And TrustPort is the "winner" along with Coranti both Multi-engine AV's.

    Just curious. Anyone know why Kaspersky Pure has about 20% more proactive detection over Kaspersky IS 2011?

    My thoughts exactly...I used KIS 2010/2011 a good part of this past year. Recent tests I have seen have Pure below the NIS results*#%? That's a good weekend project for trjam!

    Wow Trustport almost 100%. And anyone know why Avira Free keeps having better protection than Avira Pro?

    Anyone seen Panda in this graph? I looked hard, might have missed them. Good work Avira free and Avast :thumb:

    Whoever is in charge of charts at VB ought to be fired for that one.
    Little tiny, fuzzy print, little dots with names scattered everywhere, connected by a jumble of straight lines. Whoever thought that one up was either smoking crack or else just doing his best to make life difficult for people. :thumbd: :thumbd:

    Maybe it's easier to see and evaluate when you are consuming adult beverages and/or smoking something grown in California as opposed to North Carolina!

    Agreed. However the members of the website probably get more detail than the rest of us.

    I am surprised to see the improvements of BKIS. It has jumped a lot.

    Np, though I agree. I really think Panda should participate.
