    Hi,

We use Eset 4 on our wndows 2003 with terminal service, and some users can change settings so I cannot password protect the settings of ESET.

So what I need to do is a program to check and correct the username and password if the user has changed it.

how can I check the username and password and update it to the one that we have bought?

I'll develop this program with C#, if there is a command line or something...

    Thanks

If you are managing this installation with the ESET Remote Administrator Version 3.x you can use the policy manager to persistently enforce settings on the clients. Just assign the client to the default policy then, enter the correct values for the updates, mark them and save it to the policy. Every time the client checks in, the policy will be enforced and the update settings will be set back to the correct values.

    -Cheers
