This is a great idea. Reading your linked article makes it apparent that many folks buy stuff using Zelle. Of course Zelle is a one time/done transfer with NO protections if the product is bad or doesn't show up at all. I would never have thought to buy something using Zelle and I use it many times a week to move money to and from friends and family. Works perfectly and instantly, which is what it was designed to do. Once you click on Zelle its gone period so buying using it would be full on careless. My .02
