I have to say that the letter they are sending customers is surprisingly concise and understandable, given the industry standards. However, if they are claiming that most customers they interviewed do not object to their spying, and that this program is meant to enhance the online experience, why not have an opt-in policy? But this is also another example on how our privacy is being nickel and dimed to death.
