I have been gettin a lot of time out errors while i browse the internet using mozilla firefox. I use the HOSTS file from mvps.org. I just read a thread that if i changed my HOSTS entries to 0.0.0.0, the time out errors will be gone. I know not to change the local host: 127.0.0.1, but all the other enteries are supposed to be changed. My question is this: Is there a faster way to change all the enteries rather then by doing each of them one by one?

    This is quoting user tlu:
One additional hint: I use the hosts file from www.mvps.org but experienced a lot of time-out error messages under WinXP. These time-outs vanished after I replaced all 127.0.0.1 entries with 0.0.0.0 (with the exception of localhost, of course!). Worth a try if somebody experiences the same problem.
