Activation has changed in windows 10. This is an old article. My windows 10 is activated and linked to my microsoft account so when i will change my motherboard it will list all my activated windows 10 machines and will ask me what machine want to deactivate to make this activation, so this is not a problem!.

Both motherboards have an Intel-Chipset, Realtek-Audio/LAN. And if the rest of the hardware is the same too, i guess there shouldn't be much problems after you switched from the old to the new motherboard.
Make sure that you have the latest drivers installed before you switch.
But prepare for the worst and make a backup, etc.
