    Hello Forum,
I have a problem with Ccleaner, I store my recipes on the BBC/Food web-site in the recipe binder. But when I clean with Ccleaner all my stored recipes have been deleted. Any help would be appreciated.

    BC,

It's unlikely that Ccleaner can delete personal folders on a website. Do you use a UN & PW to enter this site to store your recipes?

    Hi screamer,
No un/pw is needed to enter the site.Iv'e just placed two recipes in the recipe binder, Then I cleaned with Ccleaner, Went back to the web-site and they had gone.

Check to see if CCleaner is deleting their cookies. You can manage the cookies.

You could check CCleaner's ini files and remove the deletion detection.

    Or post here
