CCleaner v3.00.1303 available

A new version of CCleaner is available. I couldn't find the slim build (no toolbar) on the download page though. I could only find the standard and portable versions. Anyone know if they aren't going to offer the slim version anymore or if they just haven't put it up on the website yet?

Anyway here is the changelog for the new version:

That is what I wondered as well.

 

No slim version available anymore.

Ccleaner enhancer not working with this buid

 

There is a new 'drive Wiper' tool ( "which allows users to securely erase the contents or free space on a specified drive")....... as well as 'Wipe free space'

 

What toolbar? Please clarify?

I downloaded the regular version. Didn't see any mention of a toolbar.

 

I think he meant (Good no toolbars "anymore"

 

Did you intick 2 boxes before installation?

agreed what toolbar? i saw none during install and nothing was installed either no yahoo or google toolbar etc...??

not for me. i downloaded the full exe from their web site and nothing no toolbars no chrome didnt ask me anything at all no tick boxes etc... not sure why but it seems for some they dont see anything and some do..

 

Downloaded from FileHippo and I didn't have anything for any google/toolbar things.

 

Even with the Chrome checkboxes cleared before install, it does a little outbound connect to 174.133.64.236, port 80 (Theplanet.com Internet Services, Houston) during the install. Oh well, still a nice little utility.
