    Options > Include and Exclude......

Is it recommended to add or exclude any files and/or foders to CCleaner for better cleaning or just stick with the default settings?

Are you asking if it is safe to use thew default settings for CCleaner? If that is the case, yes I think it is. It is a matter of personal preference with regards to include / exclude options,. For instance, I include the prefetch folder and exclude cookies that are used by Pandora so that I don't have to sign in all the time.

Birdman, this Piriform Using CCleaner page could help you understand the different program features. This is an excellent documentation site. Just FYI.
