CCleaner Alternative That Can Clean Temporary Files in All User Account...

...in a single run. With CCleaner I need to run it in my Standard User Account then run it again with Admin Privileges.

Privazer's been a great cleaner for me, but some users have had it clean too much. If you try it, it has MANY options as to what it can clean, so watch the first clean. The primary clean will probably be slow (I was shocked at how many traces and other bits Privazer found- especially of files I'd previously "securely" deleted!) but rest assured it will be thorough. Just be careful it isn't too thorough!
