Casino palazzo problem

i also have this casion palazzo popup thing... i cant get rid of it no matter what i use... hijack this or ad-aware 6 or cwsshredder. ever since i got this virus/adware i also get another error (see attachment below), i was wondering if this was really a windows file protection error or some sort of virus...also that error has many variations in the virus's it lists.

o also i wanted to know.. when the casino palazzo icon drops on the desktop i check where its target is, and it says its the internet explorer... could reinstalling ie fix this?

1 thing i noticed about the windows file protection is that its an exe.
if u look in the task manager it shows up as tskmgn.exe if u delete it, it wont come back, so thats a fix, but i still have that casino palazzo problem
