Cant view pictures/graphics

    Guys:
    I often seem to be missing out on pictures in some of the posts.
    The post refers to say: "Check out this..."
    Or in Hayc thhread "must have this car"; no picture :'(

    Running FF1.0
    No specific blockers other than Adblock
    NIS set to modified custom High

    Spoiling my fun :(

    Any ideas. What am I doing wrong now?

    Check out FF's Tools/Options/Webfeatures -- any chance Load Images got unticked?

    Also take a look at extensions -- there's a nifty little "Show Image" one that's often successful in retrieving an image that didn't load properly the first time. Plus the image displays right in the original page's place-holder, same as IE does, which helps ease the IE-to-FF transition leaning curve.

    I get this at times here. Usually a refresh will bring the images up.

    I am not sure why this occurs with Firefox. The problem isn't critical, just a nusiance.

    Some images here are linked from other sites. Whether you can see the image may depend on the ability of the remote site to provide the image.
