Go to use my Home True Image v. 9.0 for an incremental backup (after a full sys. backup) and I get "disk full".
Have a XP Pro system that I'm backing to a Maxtor 120GB, USB 2.0 cable remote disk. What am I missing?

    Hello tibailey,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

First of all, please check the estimated size of the incremental backup you are trying to create by looking through the respective screen of the Restore Data Wizard (see the attached screen shot).

Then please check how much free space is left on your external USB hard drive.

If the free space left on your external USB hard drive is smaller than the estimated size of the incremental backup then the above mentioned error message is correct.

Otherwise, the resulting backup should fit on your external USB hard drive and the above mentioned error message is not correct.

If that's the case, please contact us again. We'll provide you with the further instructions.

    Thank you.

    a little late??
I got rid of Acronis 9.0 'cause it crashed and burned my O.S.
Had to do a complete reformat.
    Have a nice day.
