I bought True Image 8.0 twenty-two days ago and I still haven't been able to use it. TI does not recognize my CD-RW drive, only my 3 1/4-inch diskette drive. Acronis Customer Support has asked me multiple times to "wait a few more days" for a resolution. I emailed them again yesterday, but no response. I am about to ask them for a refund, since the product is worthless to me.
