CAN'T UPDATE SB 4.0

    HI,

    I installed SB 4 after deleting the prev. version. When I search for updates, I get a msg: "cannot establish a connection to download."

    I have reinstalled it 3 times. All other programs can establish a connection and work OK.

    Any thoughts?
