can't uninstall v3.0

    I had just recently uninstalled 2.6 & installed 3.0 with no problem, now I am trying to uninstall 3.0 to go to 3.1. I get " error occured it may have already been uninstalled". Can you help?

    Hi,

    In that case, I'd strongly recommend installing 3.1 "over-the-top" (i.e. without uninstalling 3.0) after a reboot. It should fix the uninstallation problems for the future, and hopefully it should upgrade correctly. :)
