    Dear eset.
Thank you for making it impossible for me to uninstall the trial I downloaded of your software.
I bought the disk but it refuses to install because I already have a trial of your program on on my PC. The trial won't uninstall because I stupidly deleted the installer. I went to your site to redownload the installer and it seems to be no longer available. I keep clicking "offline installer" which is what I was was stupid to delete. It keeps switcing to the "live installer"
I am not paying you for 2 licenses. I bought a disk that I want to use. It refuses to run because it keeps detecting your damn trial which refuses to uninstall.

    F$&*&I**^ ESET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am never EVER buying you Sh*T products again.

Ps. ! hour of registry hacking and it still won't unistall.
I'd have more luck getting Internet Explorer off this PC.
Congratulations on making your once fine product as bloated and obnoxious as Norton.

    Halleluiah, that finally worked.
Thanks very much for the link.

I've had an easier time removing viruses from pcs than I did removing this program from my machine. All so I could use a disk I paid $89 for use on 3 pcs.
I will not be buying this product ever again, it's easier to deal with the viruses.

If any further issues should arise: please contact ESET Support.
The correct link to the manual uninstall instructions are here. Hat tip to: Janus

If a user deletes the msi package that Microsoft Windows Installer requires for uninstallation of an application and then blames ESET for this, well, make up your mind.
