Put antiexecutable on and now cant get it off. I followed the guide instructions to click on the uninstall file but when I go to programs and files, then Faronics and click on it, it says the folder is not acessible. Tried to use search to find the file and no dice. Can someone please help this fool get it off.

    First, disable AE (turn OFF).

Next, you have to run the installation file, which then determines that AE is installed, and then gives you the uninstall option.

For security reasons, there is no entry for AE in Add/Remove, nor is there a separate uninstall file anywhere.

I uninstalled AE at least 5 times without problems, it's an unusual uninstall compared with other softwares, but it WORKS every time, if you do it the right way. If my memory is good DeepFreeze requires the same uninstall procedure. :)

trjam, when I couldn't uninstall AE, I just wiped out all their driver and service files with RKU. That worked fine.

    Talk about brute force :D
I assume that RkU was in AE's whitelist, right?

Still a very useful tool, glad to see that even product developers know the importance it can offer in certain situations.
