cant stop scanning !!!

my anti virus keeps stealing my files for work telling its a virus and i really cant stop him from scanning that file so he do not send it back to quarantine jesus chirst it was in 4 version that i can add a file so it do not scan him and steal him now in version 6 i cant do a **** please help me or im gone lose my job its just a exe file it keeps telling false positive trojan i need that file right now every time i boot my machine it steals it i have to disable virus protection so he stop but i need virus protection i didnt pay for nothing why did you remove that option to stop scanning that file from detection!!!

 

If you think that the file is incorrectly flagged as malware, submit it to ESET as per the instructions here. In the mean time, you can exclude it from scanning but only in case it's a 100% clean file. You can check it at VirusTotal to see if it's detected by other vendors.

 

yea sure already did it and still reports it like that!!! i uninstall eset and i cancel my prepaid account!!! i cant work like this !!!

 

if you exclude a file from scanning and detecting, it stays excluded.

We asked you to submit the file to ESET for analysis. If you have done so, post here the subject of the email or PM me your address the email was sent from.
Without analyzing the file, it's impossible to tell whether it's clean or malicious.
