I have a user that cannot connect to her email account from home. It uses an IMAP/SMTP combo that works fine in the office. When she goes home with the laptop it receives but will not send. I expect her ISP is the issue. We have tried different ports with the same results. When you try to send a test it says connecting to server and displays a green check. Then it tries to send the email and eventually times out and fails. I have never seen it get the first green check and still fail. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? The ISP is Frontier.
