Can't run any web link ..

Hi, i dont know what i did but i can't run ony web link let say from any installed aplication from my comp.I am using outpost firewall and avast av,but i think that is not a problem.For example when i try to run any link in my mails from outlook from any mail in it i get message "This operation has been canceled due to restriction in effect on this computer."The only way to run links is to put them manualy in my browser.I tried to disable AV & firewall but same thing.
If anybody know how to disable this please help, i am using xp with sp2.

 

This sounds more like an XP SP2 restriction on Outlook Express than anything Outpost-related. You could try looking through your Windows security settings to find out how to undo this, but using an alternative email client (like Thunderbird) and browser (Firefox or Opera) would avoid these restrictions and a whole host of other stupid design decisions by Microsoft.
