    Hi,
I am trying out true image and cannot get it to restore the image. I does not seem to recognise RAID. Win2000 sp4 IDE Raid 0 (2x40Gb).
I will run you through the process.

I created an image, burnt it onto 3xDVD & made a rescue disk.
I booted the rescue disk, started restore, selected last disk (multiple archive)
    <next> no to veriify.
<next> screen shows tick box for Disk 1 and for volume label.
I selected volume label capacity 74.5Gb free space 52.7GB NTFS.
    <next> no to resize partition
<next> screen shows Disk1 (greyed out) NTFS(C) Pri, Act 74.5Gb free space 0, Disk 2 greyed out) unallocated 37.2Gb unallocated.
If I go Back and select Disk 1 which automatically selects volume label as well <next> no to resize
<next> Screen shows all greyed out
    Disk 1 37.3Gb ide(2) primary Master.
    Disk 2 37.3Gb ide(2) secondry master.
And thats as far as I'v got! any Ideas.

    Regards Pete.B

    Hello Pete,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

Could you please create sysinfo.txt (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the instructions) and send to support@acronis.com along with the link ot this thread? Also please describe in the letter whether you have software RAID or hardware and if it is hardware RAID please let us know the full model name of your hard disk controller.

    Thank you.
