can't remove an arc from backup capsule

In a previous post I had a backup fail and now I'm trying to remove the failed arc file from the backup capsule but it never goes away - I have tried the delete the file from the archive option but it is still showing up in the far right window box which list the Backup Capsule folders - it is not however showing up under the Archives tab main window? THis si preventing me from using the same name to try another backup because Paragon says the file already exist?

 

Have you attempted to delete and re-create the backup capsule?
