can't register my products

    Hi,

    I've tried to register my products on the web site and this is the answer :

    "Serial Number is valid but we can't register it right now. Please contact support immediately."

    More, I can't register the products on the license server, it failed ...

    I've tried to contact support twice and I have no answer .. please help, I really need theses products fast for my business :(

    Could you please let us know your Acronis request # (e.g. [Acronis #123456]) which was sent to you in the autoreply to your letter? We will find out the reason for the delay. If you have not received an autoreply then please send us a Private Message containing your e-mail address.
