can't recovery my backup

    Hi !

    When trying to recover my backup from DVD after booting Acronis 9.0 by the same DVD-Drive the drive is not shown in the file-manager. So I cannot choose the backup-file and start recovery.
    What's wrong ?

    Boot into Windows and then check if ATI can "see" your DVD drive.

    If it can do a test-restore to a spare partition.

    Hello frank,

    Which build of TI 9.0 did you use to create the Acronis bootable rescue CD? Build 3854 has a bug in that it doesn't detect CD/DVD drives when booted into the Linux based rescue environment. Details in Post #48 of this previous thread titled <Testing of v9 Build 3854>.
