I'm very new to posting anything, so please ignore errors. I have True Image 8 installed. Worked fine. Liked it. Backed up computer to a hard disk partition about 2-3 months ago. Started it today and received "Acronis has not found any hard disk drives" Error E000101F4. I reinstalled ("recovered") the program. Now my hard drives are there, for Acronis lives on one, they also work just fine. Anybody had this problem?

    Hello Sharumkin,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

The problem is related to the SnapAPI module. The SnapAPI module is in charge of all I/O operations on the hard disk of Acronis software working in Windows. When you reinstall the program, you update the SnapAPI module and reinstall our drivers so the problem was resolved.

    Thank you.
