    When I do:
    [root@cp1 sbin]# ./trueimagecmd --list

    I get:
    can't open file /etc/Acronis/TrueImage/key.plk, error code = 262161
Can not find a proper license or have no permissions to read key file
    Serial number is incorrect.

    I was given:
    [root@cp1 sbin]# ls /etc/Acronis/TrueImage/Keys/
    ATIP.00466830.0000.sh

    by SWSoft.

What now? I have already done this:
    [root@cp1 sbin]# sh /etc/Acronis/TrueImage/Keys/ATIP.00466830.0000.sh

but I still apparently do not have a key. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello eugenevdm,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please run the script then place the product key to the directory mentioned in /etc/Acronis/.plesk_key_dir

    Thank you.

    Aleksandr,

Which key are you referring to? I got a single e-mail from SWSoft with an attachment, called "ATIP.00466830.0000.zip" and all this file contains is a file called ATIP.00466830.0000.sh which I have executed from multiple locations, including the one you mention. I still get:

    [root@cp1 sbin]# ./trueimagecmd --list
    can't open file /etc/Acronis/TrueImage/key.plk, error code = 262161
Can not find a proper license or have no permissions to read key file
    Serial number is incorrect.
    [root@cp1 sbin]#

Where is this key you are referring to because it's not in the ZIP file. Is it in the script?

    Hello eugenevdm,

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please note that the license should be uploaded via "Server->License Management->Additional License Keys->Upload Key".

To install license manually please rename ATIP.00466830.0000.sh file you received to key.plk and copy it to the license directory, which you specified during installation of True Image.

Please refer to Acronis True Image 9.1 Pro/Light for Linux Installation Guide for more details.

Should you have further questions on installing license for Acronis True Image 9.1 Pro/Light for Linux, please contact Plesk Support.

    Thank you.
