Can't Obtain License Info.

    Hi, I format my harddrive and was unable to back up user id and password. However when I click on lost license link in support section and enter e-mail address which I used to order. I never got User ID and password and it has been 3 days know.

    Also E-mail address hasn't been changed either and I have tried multiple times in case I made mistake but that is not the case.

    I also can't customer support because they require user id and password. My question is how can I recover user id and password.
