can't install

    Hi all
    Need a little help here,i have Toshiba P25-S507 laptop with XP home OS.
    i did a download of T9 last night and can't run the file. i do the autorun
    and a window open's say's 16 BIT MS-DOS SUBSYSTEM
    C:\Docume~1\Outlan~1\MyDocu~1\MyDown~1\Trueim~1.exe
    The NTVDM CPU has encounterd an Illegal Instructon
    CS:9FF IP:0092OP:8e 35 00 0e 58
    Choose to terminate

    can't get past this window, hope some one can help. thx.

    Did you try downloading a second copy of the file and running that?

    Thx for the reply, and yes i did. i download one copy useing IE and one Firefox
    thx.

    - Download the eXpress CheckSum Calculator and install it;
    - Run the application;
    - Browse to the file and click Start;
    - Compare a certain checksum (e.g. MD5) with that of the original to make sure the files are identical.

    The MD5 for Acronis True Image 9.0 Home (build 3666) is 7963b45af754f19e90b96613df62edab.

    Hi.thx for the reply. i run the eXpress calculator and this is what i got.

    MD5 A47CD24B744D8CB2F9C4E5BB8CEEA4E6

    As you can see MD5 for Acronis True Image 9.0 Home and your downloaded file are different. It means that the installation file was downloaded incompletely or incorrectly.

    Please download the latest build (3666) of Acronis True Image 9.0 which is available in the Product Updates section of our web-site.

    If you are using any download manager, internet download/connection booster, etc. please disable it and retry to download.
