    Did you try downloading a second copy of the file and running that?

    Hello outlander,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please do the following in order to compare MD5 of the installation file of Acronis True Image 9.0 Home and your downloaded file.

    - Download the eXpress CheckSum Calculator and install it;
    - Run the application;
    - Browse to the file and click Start;
    - Compare a certain checksum (e.g. MD5) with that of the original to make sure the files are identical.

    The MD5 for Acronis True Image 9.0 Home (build 3666) is 7963b45af754f19e90b96613df62edab.

    Please let us know your results.

    Thank you.

    Hello outlander,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    As you can see MD5 for Acronis True Image 9.0 Home and your downloaded file are different. It means that the installation file was downloaded incompletely or incorrectly.

    Please download the latest build (3666) of Acronis True Image 9.0 which is available in the Product Updates section of our web-site.

    If you are using any download manager, internet download/connection booster, etc. please disable it and retry to download.

    If the problem remains, please submit a request for technical support. Provide the information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
