I cannot install the Paragon Backup & Recovery Free Edition (32 bit) 10.0 program on my computer. When I try to run the dowloaded file (102 MB) I get the message "program to large for memory" (translation from the German).

My system: Win XP SP3 on Athlon 800 MHz with 1GB RAM memory. XP runs fine.
Presumably the downloaded file is just a packed file with an autorun to start the installation. My questions:
    Does anyone know:
    1) What program could I use to unpack the downloaded file?
    2) If I start the downloaded file on another computer with more RAM could I stop execution before the actual installation has begun, copy the unpacked files to my present computer, and then run the unpacked install program?
    3) Is the program available in another - for me - more convenient form?

    Many thanks.

You can try running the installation on another computer and copy the TMP/TEMP folder after the extraction. You can check your TM/TEMP locations by going to Control Panel > System > Advanced > Environmental Variables.

    Thanks Tommy,

    I'll give it a try.
