Can't get nod32 that I've paid for

Everything is taken care of, my fault, missed a letter in my email, led to confusion, sorry for inconvenience.

Help: For the second time in the last month, I filled out the app. for upgrade to Nod32 on Eset web. paid the bill with Visa sent off and for the 2nd time nothing happens

, first time got the confirmation not the second email with the protector. , this time nothing. I send emails, looked all over the site for help, no help, can't find a phone number to call, I'm very discouraged, I have a computer with no protection, anybody have any ideas.

Since you say you have computer with no protection , install NOD32 2.7 trial version from http://www.eset.com/download/index.php
Then after you receive the license you can simply input the user/pass without needing to reinstall
