Can't even get to the download page....

    I have just puchased the new eset smart security for my new laptop and I have gone to download from the eset site and when it comes to adding the username and password it just comes back with the same screen to add the password and username. It wont go any further than this. I have windows 7

    any help??

    Hello Draven,

    The main reason that happens is that the credentials aren't being entered exactly as they are shown in the email.

    Type it in rather than cut and paste, always assuming you were doing that.
